Kart Club plans spring meeting

The Kawartha Durham Kart Club will be holding their annual spring meeting on March 27 at the Kawartha Downs and Speedway in Fraserville with doors opening at 10:30 a.m.
Those interested or are currently involved are invited to come to the meeting outlining the 2011 racing season.
The meeting will cover schedules, facilities, classes, sponsorship, new championship points system and tires.
Those with finished registration forms and medical information can hand them in before and after the meeting.
There will be a free barbecue and in class rookie training after the meeting.
All first year racers must attend the training aswell as the first on-track session on April 30.
For all new members, it is recommended that you bring your kart and racing gear for the safety inspection.
This will get the racers ready before the on track session with scales being available for anyone who needs to get their right weights before the season begins.
